Detailing with orange, yellow, and light blue flowers contrasting with a red band on the waistline, neckline and shoulders, which makes the Lizzy Dress a standout.  The dress has a sweetheart neckline with symmetrical side notches and an empire waistline.  Dress flares into a full swing skirt that would be greatly enhanced with an H&R petticoat!  Dress is made of soft stretchy cotton and hits below the knee.
