Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Delivered via EMS for orders over £50. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and processed. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
